Senior Communications Advisor, Federal Contractor
CDC's data office needed its first communications strategy while its staff were living through organizational and technology change.
Advised leadership at CDC's Office of Public Health Data, Surveillance, and Technology (OPHDST), leading planning with senior staff and project teams to build the office's first communications strategy around public health data modernization. Directed a seven-person team covering planning, content, and stakeholder engagement. Built change communications strategies for OPHDST and the Office of the Chief Information Officer using the ADKAR change model, with audience research and stakeholder segmentation shaping the executive messaging.
